Cabin needed work. It had a nice deck, and the lake was beautiful. Overall had a great time there!

Very relaxing!
Beautiful and quiet with a private dock that was great for just sitting and watching and listening to the sounds of wildlife. There were also many water activities provided, canoe, kayaks, PFDs... Which was great!
The only downfall was that none/few of the windows on the cabin opened and closed properly. Luckily we didn't spend a whole lot of time inside anyway and there was an air-conditioner/fan supplied so it was still comfortable.

Has potential, but still needs some work
We stayed here with friends mid July 2018. This cottage is in a nice location, the dock and inlet it sits on is a winning feature. Great for fishing, swimming, relaxing. However there were a number of cons; communication with the owners was poor. For example, we were not told there weren't linen or pillows until we asked about bedding so we came ill prepared. We were told 3 double beds so we brought linen (minus pillows) for that but found out two beds were queen, and one was a single bunk bed not suitable/safe for the adults present. There was an additional pull out couch however it was situated beside a dog kennel and several of us had allergies to dogs. There were no screens on any windows or doors so these could not be opened. The unit itself needed further cleaning prior to having guests over as there were things like cat food on the floor, lots of dust and spider webs, dirty fridge and lots of the owners personal items everywhere, as well a large shard of glass on the back deck. It also didn't include some basic kitchen items like a kettle or knives (several there were broken). Other supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels were minimal and not enough for our group of 6 adults for a weekend.
Better communication and a through cleaning would have greatly improved the overall experience
