It is a lovely condo and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect from the time we booked until the time we left! The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed.

Beautiful property, loved the home,yard, and grilling area. Unfortunately the lake level was low and the homes floating dock was on land impacting how we stored our boat and how we got onto the boat each day,

First, the condo was clean and decorated nicely. It is laid out funky, with the front door in the back of the property and no stairs to get to it. You have to walk up a rather long path around the building and a parking area to reach it. Once you’re in, you just need to always take the garage door opener with you, then you can just go in and out the garage. The communication was not easy. It wasn’t very personal and I had to ask questions over and over to get them answered. I was sent emails to my private account to ask for payment even though I’d already paid. I thought it was a scam because none of the links worked for the phone numbers to ask questions and because policy states guests should never pay or communicate with anyone outside of the platform. The emails also stated that I had 24 hours to pay or my reservation would get canceled. It took many tries to get someone to respond..right at the 24 hr mark someone did, but still didn’t answer my questions. It took another barrage of messages to get answers. I was charged for a hot tub, that didn’t exist and early arrival, that was never discussed or happened. It took multiple messages to get those reversed even though it was included in my original message. The person responding did eventually say they had computer issues which is why I had been sent the messages for payment and bogus charges. The explanations and apology fell flat, and no one seemed to care that it took me so many tries to get someone to respond.

This condo was in the perfect location and has all the bells and whistles…BUT was filthy! Kitchen counters covered in crumbs and dried on food, barstools had icing on them, couch had chocolate smeared on them, and food found in the floor of master bedroom and under the master bathroom sink. We have a child who has severe food allergies so we always have to clean any condo/hotel room we stay in. I expect and am ok with some dirt due to quick turn around times but this was unacceptable. We cleaned the room for 45 minutes before deciding to leave. Contacted the host and did not get a response until the next day. We were already overpaying for location and space, and were out the money for a 2 night stay while also having to pay for a hotel room. FYI the Hampton Inn was 10x cleaner so save some money and headache and stay there.
