Typically French but renovated ex-fisherman house walking distance to the mediterranean sea beautiful beach location. large double sitting room with air conditioning and heating and wood stove for winter. Large eat in kitchen and veranda with water view. All utilities and appliances for perfect summer holiday.
3 double bedrooms, a bath + shower room and 2 WC.
Private pool and garden.
Sports center next door with paddle board jet ski boat rentals diving, 8 km of wild beach and biking paths with a wonderful kite-surfing center and horse back riding.
Restaurants and wine tasting in village and all around the area.
The village is a destination place no through roads so very quiet low traffic a beautiful river to the sea, the boats are on the river banks and in the ports where restaurants and terraces line the water front, every morning there is a summer market and evenings you have music and entertainment in the village or the villages next door.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit unseren 4 Kindern 2 schöne Wochen hier verlebt und dabei wirklich sehr viel Zeit im Pool verbracht, da es die heisseste Periode in diesem Sommer war. Die geräumige Wohnung ist vollklimatisiert und komplett ausgestattet. Toll fanden wir auch die stets im Schatten gelegene verwunschene Terrasse vor dem Haus mit Grillgelegenheit. Der kleine Fischerort hatte einiges zu bieten von Schaumparty, Livekonzerten, Angelvergnügen etc. Bis zum Strand waren es etwa 800m. Die Vermieter Ian und Agathe sind super nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, also "gerne immer wieder " :-)

Why they chose this property

we normally spend all our summers in the Cabanes it is a well loved family house but this summer we are spending most of the season in the Gers and the atlantic - for a change.

What makes this property unique

House is equipped for us to live in with a family: compfy sofas, Air conditioning TV Stereo, so all you need to relax and be happy, it is unique because the village is like going back in time to when things were simpler and quieter, but with AC and a micro-wave! Our house is the only house with a river view and is unique in the village, and the village is unique because set on the Med with beautiful countryside and not over-built up with apartments and strip malls but surrounded with beautiful views.
