Here within the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll have a private balcony, easy walking access to the white-sand beach, and incredible on-site facilities that include an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, sports courts, and so much more.



The Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is a renowned property in Miramar Beach, offering indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There's a free tram service for when you don't feel like walking to the beach, two on-site restaurants, and several walking trails on the property as well. You'll be less than a mile south of Grand Boulevard, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and just west of the serene nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
