Данная вилла находится всего лишь в 150 метрах от моря с прекрасным видом который открывается с веранды на втором этаже.
Пляж у виллы очень хороший. На расстоянии 5- 7 ми минутной прогулки вдоль моря Вы попадете еще на один прекрасный оборудованный пляж где можно арендовать лежаки и испробовать блюда местной кухни в кафе прямо на пляже.
Фиг Три Бей, самый известный песчаный пляж в Проторасе, всего лишь в 3 минутах езды на машине.
Одна Спальня находится на первом . Встроенная кухня имеет электрический чайник, тостер, стиральную машину, холодильник,микроволновую печь, полный набор посуды. Две спальни на втором этаже имеют ванную и большой балконы..
Место для барбекю (беседка) имеет стол и стул
Приветственный пакет : вода, молоко, красное & белое вино, сок, хлеб, яйца, зерновые хлопья, фрукты, масло, джем, сахар, чай, кофе, порошок для посудомоечных и стиральных машин.
