The house/property gets and A - it is conveniently located and the size and number of bedrooms is perfect, beautiful kitchen. What was disappointing were the amenities and cleanliness. We had our 2 1/2 year old grandson and ran around a lot with no shoes. We then looked at the bottom of our feet and they were black. Some of the pots had food crusted on them. The grill was atrocious - had to clean it before using it. There were no HAIRDRYERS in any bathroom??? The bath towels were a D- thin and cheap. I have stayed in many VRBOs where the amenities and decor were as great as the property. This owner needs to pay attention to the details and upgrade some aspects of the home.

However, we are sincerely sorry to hear that the cleanliness and amenities did not meet your expectations, nor our usual standards. Please accept our apologies for the condition of the floors, the cookware, and the grill. This is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, especially when traveling with a little one. We also appreciate your comments regarding the towels and the lack of hairdryers. We are currently in the process of reviewing our amenities to ensure we are providing the quality our guests deserve, and your feedback about specific upgrades is incredibly helpful. We will be looking into upgrading our linens and adding hairdryers to the bathrooms as soon as possible. Thank you for bringing these details to our attention.
