About this property

Big Bear Cabin Escape W Deck BBQ Dogs Welcome

Summary:

Wake up to crisp mountain air, towering pines, and the sound of nothing but birds. This cozy Big Bear Lake cabin is your escape from everything — whether you're here to ski the slopes, hike the trails, or simply unwind on the deck with your favorite people (and pets). Whatever brings you to Big Bear Lake, you'll leave already planning your next trip.

The Space:

FREE 3rd NIGHT or 4 NIGHT IN BIG BEAR!

Obtain your 3 or 4 nights for free from stays from April 27th, 2026, to June 30th, 2026, to new bookings only, cannot be combined with other offers. Must be mentioned at time of booking. NON-HOLIDAYS

Step inside to a warm, inviting interior built for real relaxation. The living area is anchored by a [fireplace/cozy seating area] where evenings feel effortless. The fully equipped kitchen means you can cook a mountain breakfast before heading out to explore. Bedrooms are [X] in total — comfortable, quiet, and designed for deep sleep after big adventure days.

Outside, the private deck is the crown jewel: a BBQ grill ready for cookouts, seating to take in the fresh mountain air, and enough space to just be.

Guest Access:

Spa, bbq, great wifi, 3 smart tvs with Samsung TV channels. Feel free to log in and log out of your own accounts. Laundry available for guest use on the property, dishwasher makes cleaning up easy! Fenced in yard, lower deck can be secured to keep (small-medium) dogs in - but please never leave doggies unattended, we are in the forest after all.

The Neighborhood:

Surrounded by trees, with views of the ski slopes, this cozy cabin is just minutes away from Moonridge shops and a short drive from Big Bear Lake and the Village. Cabins in this area are a mix of residential and short term rentals. We love to hit up Big Bear Coffee Roasting Company on our way to the cabin, and enjoy stopping at Blanca and Pierre's for breakfast on our way home, since there's a dog friendly courtyard, and is close to Boulder Bay.

Getting Around:

Bear Mountain & Snow Summit — Two world-class ski resorts, minutes away

Big Bear Lake — Kayak, paddleboard, fish, or just soak up the scenery

The Village — Charming alpine shops, restaurants, and weekend events

Hiking Trails — Castle Rock, Alpine Pedal Path, and dozens more start close by

Scenic Rim of the World Drive — One of Southern California's most spectacular drives

Other Things to Note:

Please note there is only parking for two vehicles in our private driveway and there is no street parking.

All guests visiting Big Bear Lake must sign Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Policy.

We ask that you report any issues within an hour of check in so we can address them quickly. Missing something? Just ask, we can help you locate it or source it :)

Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.

Pet Friendly ( There is an extra $75.00 pet fee per dog one-time fee) 2 dogs max allow. Please let us know ahead of time if bringing a pet.

One of the great things about Big Bear is that you can be right by the forest, and still close to amenities. The beautiful surroundings mean that you may see bugs, there may be leaves or pine needles on the deck and you should always be aware that there might be wild animals in close proximity. We have never seen a bear or coyote at the cabin ourselves, but we keep a close eye on our little dog just in case, and you should never leave pets unattended! Raccoons leave evidence of their visits on the deck from time to time.

Trash must be taken to a trash site when guests leave as there is no trash pick up in this area.

As we have a co-host and management company you may also hear from them and they can also address any concerns in person where appropriate.
