The host and the amenities were spectacular. I brought my family on a trip and this was a perfect house and location that was peaceful and quiet, but still in the heart of a great area. The house was impeccably cared for and what amazing attention to detail with the decor and furnishings!! We were seriously bummed to have to leave this house, that's how much we loved it. Also, I had to check the brands on the mattress and pillows because the beds were so comfy I wanted to buy them for my own home! :) They really thought of everything for this place. The host was super communicative, accommodating, and provided great recommendations for our first time in Nashville. Would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Vince for the awesome stay!!

We came to Nashville for prom dress shopping and turned it into a friends weekend. 3 couples, 3 daughters and 3 sons. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The common area on the first floor was large enough for us all to eat and hang out at night. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within a mile or two of the property and real close to downtown. Everything was clean and you could tell the place was brand new. We did have trouble with a few outlets and one of the rooms wasn't getting much hot water in the bathroom but it's new construction and working out the kinks. We let the manager know and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We all loved our stay!!! The location was perfect and close to everything. The house was brand new and had all of the best amenities you could ever need or want. It was very spacious, and open, with tall ceilings throughout. For our party of all adults we never felt cramped or crowded. The beds were super cozy and comfortable. Loved that each room had either a king or queen sized bed! Every room was decorated beautifully and showcased Nashville perfectly! The balcony on the top floor was great to view the city lights. Communication from the host was wonderful and efficient. The price was exceptional and I feel like we got the best deal on VRBO!!! For all this house offered our party I would have expected to pay two or three times what we paid for our stay!! I have definitely saved this house as my favorite for our place to return to the next time we visit Nashville!

Walking distance to the Belmont and Vanderbilt campuses. You’re also less than a mile from 12 South that has some of Nashvilles most popular brunch and lunch restaurants and shops. This property is truly central to everything to make your Nashville trip memorable and iconic.
