Just a mile from the New River & Railroad Grade Rd, you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, tubing, & biking. Start your morning with a coffee on the deck as you take in the sounds of nature, spend the afternoon exploring the river, and finish the day dining, shopping, or enjoying the local breweries and local mountain atmosphere. [PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED]

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place used towels/linens in bath tub or laundry basket

Set thermostat to 74 degrees (in summer) or 64 degrees (in winter) upon checkout

Please place all trash in bags and place in bins in the garage. Place keys in lockbox and lock all doors. Thank you!
