This inviting Indian Neck two-bedroom cottage (sleeps six) is in a stunning spot on Wellfleet Harbor, looking out over Great Island. Enjoy direct beach access, amazing water views and breathtaking sunsets from the cottage and deck.

The main living space--living room/dining area--and the separate kitchen all have wonderful water views. The living room has comfortable seating and TV with cable and the dining area has a table with seating for six. French doors lead from the living room to the deck. Enjoy bay views while cooking in the nicely equipped kitchen.

There are two bedrooms, one with two twins and one with a queen. The queen bedroom has French doors opening to the yard. There is a bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower.

Air conditioning: Three ductless split air conditioning units, one in the main living area and one in each bedroom.

A door from the kitchen leads to a sun room with a full futon (additional sleeping space for two).

Washer and dryer in basement, accessed via bulkhead.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful, ever-changing views during the day and glorious sunsets in the evening. An ideal spot for your morning coffee and an evening cocktail. Enclosed outdoor shower off deck.

You won't even need a beach sticker--stairs lead directly from the property to the beach below.

Eat out on the back deck over the garage with gas grill and outdoor dining table.

Walk or bike to Indian Neck Beach. Short drive to Wellfleet's ocean beaches and fresh water ponds and the town center and harbor for restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment. Short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, sites and trails.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
