This house is beautiful and very well equipped! The only thing I couldn’t find in the kitchen was a pasta strainer! The view of the lake is amazing with very manageable steps down to the water!

Absolutely gorgeous home. Very spacious and well appointed. All the necessities were provided by the host (all cooking utensils and spices, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, soap/shampoo, coffee, you name it). Extremely clean and very new in appearance. Home is very quiet and peaceful. Furniture and beds all very tasteful and super comfortable! Lake and view from all vantage points were amazing. With many of the homes on Smith Lake, the drive way and trek to/ from the dock are not for the faint of heart! Without a doubt, I would rent this home again! Joey was an outstanding owner and host. Very responsive, though nothing was needed because everything was perfect!

My family absolutely loved this house! Only 45 steps and one short steep pathway up to the house made it way better than the house with 150 steps we stayed in last year. This house was perfect for my husband and six kids. Everyone had their own space to retreat to, but we had so much fun at the dock. My only recommendations- more pots and pans in varying sizes, standard alarm clocks in bedrooms, blackout curtains in bedrooms.The AC worked beautifully in high June/July heat. And the sunsets were stunning! This house is perfect for all families. Communication with Joey was smooth and fast.
