This is a wonderful property for a large group and we hope to use it again. Kitchen has the best array of cookware, etc. that I have seen in a short-term rental. Layout is perfect for accommodating friends and family. There were so many thoughtful touches.

Great spot for family gatherings. We had 3 generations. Large table for all to gather to eat. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Grandchildren enjoyed the bunk room. Well stocked kitchen Three refrigerators!!!

Wonderful ocean view. Clean well equipped kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. with multiple levels we were able to spread out and some in our group stayed up late while not bothering other people who went to bed early. we were a party of 12–10 adults and two children. This was a perfect house for all of us.The proximity to the beach and other attractions was perfect.

This is a great property with fabulous ocean views and very convenient parking as well as location within walking distance to the beach. The house is remodeled nicely with everything you need for cooking and laundry. Plenty of towels and also soap and shampoo. The house overall was very clean, the floors were spotless and kitchen was very tidy as well. We did come across a few items that needed improvement:1. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom had mildew and mold on it. It was pink and icky.2. Both bathroom vents had a lot of dust and lint on them.3. There were quite a few cobwebs and spiders all over.4. There was a moldy smell in the 2nd floor bathroom. It was clean so not sure where it was coming from. 5. Note that the description of the beds is not accurate. There are 2 fewer beds. Other than these, it is a great place to stay with a large group or family. The arrangements and accommodations are comfortable. Wifi is fast and the host is very communicative and helpful.

Amazing Ocean Views

Amazing ocean views! Large enough home for accommodate our large group - 9 adults and 10 children. Had an amazing time making memories with my children and grandbabies!! Communication with Vacasa was not great and would prefer not to work with them again.

Incredible home with beautiful views.

We we’re their for my nieces wedding. My mom & husband, myself & my husband, my two sons & their future brides & my youngest brother and his wife stayed in the apartment. It was the first time in 20 years that my mother’s three children and 4 grandchildren have been in one place at the same time. Lots of family pictures. THANK YOU!

Beautiful large home

Our 16 family members were very happy with the breathtaking views from main and second story living areas, with views from all but two bedrooms. The kitchen layout is wonderful and well stocked with cookware/oils/some seasonings, and multiple people can work simultaneously. The top, main floor dining and living area was comfortable for all of us to gather. The top floor has the primary bedroom suite which is beautiful, and two additional bedrooms (one room is small with no ocean views) and share a bathroom. The second floor has amazing views of the ocean, a large seating area with large tv, books and games available, and a foosball table (very loud when peops are on bottom floor though). This 2nd floor also has the bunk room, laundry room, a bathroom, and a second refrigerator (which came in is handy). The bottom floor has two nice bedrooms with ocean views, and a shared bathroom. Our family also rented the “cottage” affixed to the main house, and it has a nice bedroom, bathroom, living area with pull out couch, and a small kitchen - great ocean views.We enjoyed the size of the place, perfect for gathering and spreading out. The walk to the beach was fine for most of us, but the house is located up from the ocean and roads to get from the beach could be challenging for some due to the steep grade. There is a great little cafe in town, and while Oceanside is charming there is not much there (bring your groceries, etc). We had a wonderful time!
