These units were great for our large group. We could share our meals together easily going back and forth between units. Beach access was very close easy to get to. It was a wonderful stay.

It was a nice place fairly well maintained. Beds are older so way to soft for me but the decks were nice for connecting both units for our big family. Good location to the beach as well. Enjoyed our stay

We had rented both sides of the duplex and had 20 people---- we ran out of toilet paper for all 4 bathrooms and garbage bags for both kitchens.

Great location & set up of the house, ideal for large groups. Lots of room for parking. 2 minute walk from the beach which was convenient. The whole place just didn’t feel very clean overall. Tons of jelly beans, dog hair & trash under the couch, stuff in the kitchen not clean, pillow case in the master was falling apart. One of the units had a really funky smell, possibly from a dog. Windows on the first floor didn’t have screens which is scary how accessible the windows are in the bunk/kids room & the bathroom, so didn’t love that from a safety perspective. Bunch of skid marks & paint marks on the wall. Good place for the price & would recommend but don’t expect it to feel or look very clean.

Need to clean and smell

Pet friendly property but needs to get rid of the animal smell in the one of the master bedroom. The property location is very peaceful and close to everything. Would love to stay here again next time.

Good fit

The properties were well maintained and gave us the ability to come together as a big group or break apart into smaller groups as needed. We especially enjoyed being able to go between properties on the upper deck. It rained pretty consistently so we spent quite a bit of time inside and it worked well for us.

Family gathering. 20-24 people. Hike, beach, train ride, horseback riding, 26 crabs from the jerry's dock, oysters, som,ors , evening beach fire, card playing, stories, pictures, drive to Cannon Beach, cooking with family, popcorn, Tillamook ice cream, this location has no competition on the coast.

Perfect set up for our large family

We loved our family stay over the winter holiday. Five siblings and their families spread out comfortably over the two duplexes. We had dog lovers in one half, and no dogs, no shoes in the other half. We were able to all eat dinner together, with plenty of seating and place settings. We appreciated the deluxe appliances, the televisions in most rooms, with several viewing options. The beach access was very convenient. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay for a family reunion. The location was perfect, and having two kitchens was especially helpful. The rental is managed through Vacasa and we had a difficult time communicating with them through the VRBO app. I did have to call to get our check-in information since I didn’t receive the email but the representative was very helpful. If you rent this property and have questions, I would call Vacasa directly. Even with the difficulty communicating, we would stay here again. Beautiful location! It was nice being further south from the more touristy areas as it felt like we had the beach to ourselves.
