The Space:

You're going to love spending your next Rockaway Beach vacation in this duplex gem constructed in 2021! After a fun day of collecting sand dollars or enjoying a hot-weather hike (you're just one minute from the beach!), come home to spread out in a bright and welcoming living space filled with lots of comfortable furniture and coastal decor. You can stream your favorite content from the living room's flatscreen TV whenever you want to host a fun movie night with friends, and the full kitchen is waiting with all the appliances and counter space you'll need to turn out some delicious game-day snacks. Enjoy dinners and quick afternoon lunches at the breakfast bar with stool seating for eight. Off the kitchen, you'll find a shared bath, and there are four well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, one with an en-suite bath. Use the free WiFi to connect to your social media friends while the private washer/dryer take care of everyone's laundry. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool on those hot summer days.
