Home was beautiful. But was not cleaned prior to check in. No rugs in the living room. Blood stains on master bed set. For the price was expecting it to be clean. Everything else was okay. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Bunk beds were falling apart.

Very nice large home. Close walk to beach. The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very nice and clean. All beds were comfy. Beautiful kitchen. Had some problems with cleanliness of glasses and pots & pans in the cupboards. Also, dirty coffee pot with old grounds. We texted about the gas fireplace not working. Were told they would get back with us. No one contacted us.
Overall the house was very nice and clean. The location was good - short walk to the beach. Would stay here again! Although we were a bit disappointed in the differences in pictures. The couch was a different smaller couch than the sectional in the photo and the carpets were gone. There has also been a very large house built on the other side of this house since these photos were taken - you cant see the rocks from the bedroom window nor walk up that way to the beach.

The size of the house is fantastic for the price and the location to the beach is a very short walk. The kitchen was minimally stocked but we were able to make due. Plenty of pots and pans but we were glad we brought a nice knife. There are some basic spices but we couldn't find any salt and pepper. There also isn't a lot of sitting furniture so if you have a large group you'll need to use the dining table for seats. The bedrooms were great just know the room with 2 twins is pretty narrow and smaller than it looks in the photo. The host was very responsive which was great though I wasn't sure if i was getting AI responses or an actual human. The style of language would change. We were gonna be at the beach early and we had 4 kids with our party which makes a 10am check out really challenging and takes extra planning and preparing the day before, so i asked if it was possible to have an early check in and late check out. I didn't expect it at all but the host responded as of it was pretty likely in a very gracious way so i got a little excited. Then when i followed up i got a generic response that an early check in was not possible as if i had not asked on the first place. Then later a response that a late checkout was not possible either. Again I knew it was unlikely but the communication around it left me feeling a little confused. I think the house is managed by a company so it just felt less personal. Overall though it is a great and affordable house!
The house was a bit dingy which I guess made sense that it was dog friendly. The sink in the kitchen wouldn’t shut off and the bedding was sub par. We did however, love how close it was to the beach and check in and communication with the rental company was easy with quick responses. All in all, we enjoyed our time.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of the home, such as the kitchen sink and bedding, did not meet your expectations, and we understand how the dog-friendly nature of the home may have contributed to a less fresh feeling. Your comfort is very important to us, and we will be sure to pass your comments along to our local team so they can address these concerns. On a brighter note, we are glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient proximity to the beach and found our communication to be easy and responsive. It’s wonderful to know that, overall, you had a positive experience during your stay. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to welcome you back to Vacasa soon.
Very dog friendly, easy walk to beach, open spacious floor plan, kitchen was a bit disorganized and dishwasher shelf was broken but overall a great space to gather for spring break

We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded this information to the local staff so they can address your concerns and hope for another opportunity to host you for a truly exceptional experience.
Like the most: location, roomy, each bedroom includes private bathroom, plenty of sunlight going through the entire house, large kitchen and living room.Things need to update: dripping kitchen faucet, dirty/stain rugs in living room, broken/old kitchen cookware, old/sunken living room sectional. In addition, the driveway is narrow; the cover parking is challenging to get in even with 2 mid size vehicles.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home's fantastic location, spacious layout, abundant natural sunlight, and the large kitchen and living room areas. It’s wonderful to know that the private bathrooms added to your comfort during your stay. At the same time, we are sorry to learn about the issues you encountered with the dripping kitchen faucet, the condition of the rugs, the broken cookware, the older living room sectional, and the narrow driveway with challenging covered parking. Your observations are important to us, and we will be sure to share them with our local team so we can address these concerns promptly and improve the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate your thoughtful comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay.
Our large family group were so pleased with the design of house, its cleanliness and charm. The neighbors were friendly and we had no problems at all. Great place.
The property was exactly as described, nice and clean, and had plenty of everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots and lots of clean towels and washcloths. Lots of space for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids), and very close to the beach with the Twin Rocks right behind the house. No beach view sadly, but still a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it!
Great location, easy access to the beach around the corner. Could use a little better cookware (griddle, etc) and larger kitchen garbage can. Otherwise, beautiful home, very roomy and perfect for our needs. Would stay again and recommend this to families.
My husband and I treated our daughters, their hubbys and our grands to a week at the beach, The house was the perfect size for the littles to run around and for everyone to have their space. Easy walk to the beach. Loved it!
Great home for two families! Close for toddlers and kids to walk to the beach, we loved being on the West side of Hwy 101. We had some issues with ants in the upstairs bedroom and bathrooms, but the property manager was very responsive and stopped by to address it (which was much appreciated and made a huge difference!)
We would definitely stay here again
The downstairs overhead lights breaker flipped and was out for 2 nights of our trip. We were limited on what we could do by the minimal lamps. Contacted 3 different ways and no one came to help.
