Positives: house was spacious, great open plan, kids loved the pool table, appreciated the double en-suite and bunk room. Negatives: house wasn’t very clean, could use a paint job and new carpet, took 17 hours for management company to respond to our request for a broom (and the places they said to check didn’t have one so I had to sweep up a spill with my hands), on several closets were signs that said “don’t open, doors alarmed” (which I get but didn’t make us feel welcome). In the future I’ll always try to rent homes from individuals and not management companies.

Very accommodating house. Two master suites which was awesome since two families stayed. Great location. Centrally located to lots that Oregon Coast offers. Also, very short walk to beach. Lovely place to stay

We had a wonderful time, wish the weather would have been better for our trip. Everything we needed was available. All kitchen utensils, bathroom supplies. There house gives you a hotel feel without the hotel prices. Gorgeous bedrooms and the pool table was a huge bonus.

Awesome Home and Accommodates 8 perfectly

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is set up for fun, with a ping pong table, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of tvs so everyone can watch whatever they want. The house was perfectly enjoyable and came well-equipped. The only knock is that you're farther from the beach than the listing would lead you to believe. Try 15-20min walk, not 7...otherwise, all good!

Outstanding Stay

There were nine in our party and there was plenty of room. Four very nice sized bedrooms, three full baths and one partial. Huge TVs everywhere, large family room with exceptional couches, pool room with chairs and a couch, dining room off kitchen with a nine foot table. Fire pit, hot tub, ping pong, board games and corn hole! Loved it!!
