Recently renovated in the summer of 2025, it offers bright, airy spaces with fresh paint, and all-new furniture. Guests can unwind in the yard or on the lanai and enjoy evening strolls to the beach for sunset views. The adorable cottage-style duplex is within walking distance of the Gulf's beautiful beaches, village shops, restaurants, cafes, and a library. For added convenience, a free island trolley is available, and both Sarasota International Airport and Tampa International Airport are just 40 and 70 minutes away, respectively.

Property was very clean and has a lot of space. It’s about a 8 minute walk to Holmes Beach and a 10 minute drive to the beach on the other.side of the island.

This place was great! It was very clean and was very spacious. We had no issues checking in and the host was gracious enough to let us know the day before that the place would be available a few hours earlier for check-in, which was nice. It was located almost exactly in the middle of the two main areas with restaurants (about a mile walk north and a mile walk south). We like to walk, so this was perfect for us to get to any of the dining places in the area without having to drive and find parking. It was three blocks from the beach, but that was an easy walk as well. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't available in the place. The only little surprise we had was realizing that there is an apartment above the house. It didn't say anything about that in the description. It wasn't an issue at all, as the people staying up there were very nice and we didn't really hear them much at all. This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island, and if we do ever decide to return we would definitely look to stay here again.
