Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Be sure to run the dishwasher with any final dirty dishes. If possible, put the dishes away before you leave. Put all used towels on bathroom floors and do NOT make any bed that has been used.

Set thermostats to 72. Close all windows and doors.

Move the patio furniture back to its original place and recover.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home was everything we could have dreamed of for our annual family trip to the Cape. It is absolutely beautiful—new, luxurious, impeccably appointed, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. It provided the perfect setting for relaxing, reconnecting, and making memories together. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more special place to stay!

We really had a wonderful trip to the Cape. The house was super clean, perfect, brand new! The kitchen was well stocked, and also included wonderful appliances. We really made use of the gym and basement with the games! The host was kind, warm and receptive to communication. The only thing I would change was our check in process because we were unable to get into the house using the code that was provided. Everything else was perfect and we would totally stay there again :)

The house was perfect for what I needed, It had everything and is a minute to the beach and had everything you could want in a house with a few exceptions. The doors were difficult to open (there were sliders in the back my kids had to help me with). I like to cook and did so with wonderful appliances but not enough cooking pots and pans. I improvised using aluminum foil pans etc. The walls were paper thin so you could hear every noise emanating through the house. This was really disappointing although everyone was quiet throughout the night. If any of us were partiers, it would have been a big problem!! The gym did not have working machines so it was not advertised appropriately. The house should have room darkening shades because it was difficult to sleep with the sun blaring in, but if you like a bright house, this one is perfect.

What a beautiful property to spend a vacation! We loved the proximity to the resident beach. It was super easy to come and go. Not far from restaurants and shopping. We loved the house so much we want to look for something similar so we can enjoy it all summer long! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

This property was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. All of the living space is first class, including the basement home theatre and home gym. The owner clearly went out of their way to provide a modern, clean, and comfortable environment - both indoors and outdoors. Lots of places the patio is unusable. That is not the case here. Nice beach within walking distance and close access to the ferries as well as the Falmouth beaches. May seem pricey at first but this place is well worth the investment. Shopping for groceries, etc. is reasonably close.
