House was clean, host was great, appliances are all brand new. Floors are a bit warped but not an issue for us. Check-in was unique I'd never met the homeowner in person before but process was seamless. The upstairs could use a fan, it gets warm up there. House is really large and has plenty of space for a larger group we had 5 total, wish there was an extra couch or something to sleep on as there are only 3 beds but the kids made it work. Location is about 25 minutes from downtown Chicago, it's significantly cheaper to stay in this area than downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and we had a great time. Would recommend
