We've equipped our home-away-from-home with our guests in mind. Our decor is tranquil, our kitchen is fully equipped, and our furnishings are family friendly. The view from our balcony includes the lush grass of the complex, award winning restored sand dunes, and our piece de resistance: sand and surf as far as the eye can see. The view alone is worth the trip to South Padre Island.

"All the pictures are accurate of the condo as it has an awesome view to the beach. Short walk to the shore and very user friendly resources were all readily available throughout my stay. The A/C was strong and kept the unit sufficiently cool for the duration of our stay. My only complaint was the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom shower ? yikes it was like taking a bath with a low pressure water hose. Even with the shower issue I am rating this condo very highly as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

*Padre Island Rental's off-site 24-hour Guest Welcome Center makes check-in and late arrivals a breeze.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
