#216 is an exceptionally open and spacious Gulf front 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo that sleeps 6. The oversized master suite offers a king size bed, built in dresser, desk, and master shower, while the extra large second bedroom offers two full beds and a bath of its own. The unit boasts a large kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 4, along with a dining area, perfect for meals and entertaining. The balcony is partially covered, accommodating both those who do and don’t prefer shade, and overlooks the Gulf with breathtaking views for the perfect spot to start or end your day.

For your entertainment, flat screen smart televisions are in the living room and both bedrooms. Cable and WIFI are included, as well as a DVD player. And if you enjoy games/cards there’s a high-top table perfect for play.

The complex includes many complimentary amenities: an immaculate private, white sandy beach, heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis court, parking, 24 hour laundry with no pay washers/dryers, a board game/DVD library, outdoor BBQ grills, a picnic area overlooking the Gulf, umbrellas and plentiful chaise lounges.

We are a quaint and quiet boutique resort ideally located mid-key, close to a myriad of shops, restaurants, activities and museums. It’s just a few miles from Mote Marine, St. Armand’s Circle, and the popular Bridge Street area on Anna Maria Island. Boat and bike rentals, kayak tours, parasailing, golf, fishing and so much more are all nearby. For meals, you can pick up groceries at Publix just down the street. Or dine out at a wide array of restaurants right on the Key, including a beach bar and fine dining right next door at the Zota Beach Resort. Many casual restaurants are in the area, or you can opt for world class dining at the new Shore or Mar Vista restaurants on the north end of the island.

65 Birthday Bash!

Our condo was beautiful with a beautiful view. Easy access to the beach and the umbrellas and beach chairs came in handy. The condo was spacious and had all we needed except it would have been nice to have a few more trash bags and rolls of toilet paper. The stay was to short and we will stay longer next visit. The kids loved the books and the beach toys . It was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s life that I lost 3 months ago and my sister’s birthday!
