Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2Bath condo in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided. Welcome to our island-style living!

Our condo features a spectacular Gulf view from the open kitchen/dining/living area leading to the screened beachfront lanai. The split floor plan insures that the quiet bedrooms are separated from family activity areas in this “all-on-one-level” condo.

This end unit offers privacy plus balmy Gulf breezes on the screened lanai. Sink into the comfortable sofa or lean back in the oversize recliner to relax after a long day at the beach or pool. Amenity rich, including plush carpeting

Condo matched the description; right on the beach, it was clean and organized and offered items we could use on the beach such as an umbrella and folding beach chairs. Really enjoyed it stay and hope to return next year !

Perfect beachside unit!

My family and I have stayed up and down the keys here and this was by far one of our favorite condos! Adorable inside and out and just steps outside your cute screened in porch is the beautiful private beach of longboat. Comfortable furniture and beds too. Will be returning to this spot for sure!
