Seaworthy Cottage/New Harbor
Seaworthy – A Perfect Maine Coast Location
Welcome to Seaworthy, a beautifully restored 1929 fisherman’s cottage overlooking one of Maine’s most picturesque working harbors in New Harbor, Maine. Blending timeless New England charm with thoughtful modern updates, Seaworthy offers an authentic Maine experience filled with warmth, comfort, and stunning coastal views.
Classic Charm Meets Modern Comfort
Step inside to find a lovingly renovated home that celebrates original Maine craftsmanship while providing every modern convenience. Gleaming wood floors run throughout the cottage, complemented by art, antiques, and nautical touches that tell the story of its maritime heritage.
The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed and an adjoining full bath. Upstairs, the spacious 400-square-foot primary suite offers a queen bed, seating area, and panoramic views of the harbor — the perfect place to unwind. A third bedroom with a full-size bed also enjoys water views. With two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room, laundry room, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, Seaworthy makes you feel right at home.
Please note: the stairs to the second floor are steep and may not be suitable for all guests.
Spectacular Harbor Views
From its hilltop perch, Seaworthy overlooks the heart of New Harbor, where lobster boats come and go with the tides. The lobster wharf across the street provides the freshest seafood imaginable, just steps from your door.
