All the comforts of home, we dined out so we didn’t use kitchen, beds were comfortable, baths were clean with plenty of towels and amenities.

The place was just as advertised. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. They provided coffee and detergent for the laundry and dishwasher. The hosts were quick to reply and very helpful. We would book this again!

What a great house! This was by far the cleanest and most well appointed VRBO we've ever been in. Hot chocolate and bottled water ready to go in the kitchen and makeup towels and feminine products handy in the bathrooms. Beds, pillows, linens, new electronics and appliances were top notch. Great location to be close to Rutherfordton and not far from chimney rock and lake lure. Also just 2 blocks from the best ice cream shop we've ever been to. We'll for sure be back to this one!

Property was great and exactly as described! Quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable and updated. Beds were very comfy and we loved the extras such as Keurig pods, bottle water, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower. We loved the laundry option with a full size washer and dryer. Responsive and friendly hosts. We’d definitely stay again if we go back to Forest City.

Property was clean, beds were comfy and was surprised it was 1 mile from where my cousin was getting married so the location worked and was awesome. Felt very safe and not alot of noise in the night so it was a great place for a small town.
