The listing said it was 'cozy' but the living room and kitchen were quite spacious with a really big comfy sectional couch. The yard was cute and cozy. I enjoyed my morning coffee sitting in the shade surrounded by lots of trees. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive with any questions or concerns. For example, we asked for more towels and they were quick to provide them. The one thing my wife would have liked was a full length mirror. I would stay there again if I find myself in Mastic Beach.
