New to rental market, delightful 3-bedroom house in Ortley Beach

Centrally located in Ortley Beach, this home is perfect for family vacations. Comfortably sleeps 6. Park the car and walk everywhere. Pickleball courts, mini golf, arcades, restaurants are just around the corner. Five-minute walk to the 7th avenue beach access. Ten-minute walk to bayside parks with basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy fishing, crabbing and water sports at Sunset Beach, just blocks away. Fifteen-minute walk to the northern end of the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Relax out on the front deck, on the backyard patio or in the garage. We provide bath towels and bed linens. Guests must bring own pillows. 6 beach badges included. There will be an $65 replacement fee charged for any lost beach badge. Four beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. Guest must bring own beach towels. Home has external ring security camera. Must be 30 years old to rent and be in the house during the rental. No prom, graduation or events of any kind.

We enjoyed our stay in Ortley Beach. The property was just as pictured. Perfect for a family getaway. Very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the host Tracy was clear and it was pleasure staying there.

Wonderful stay with family! Spacious house that was super clean! Great kitchen and living room area for family dinners. We cooked in and had take out, and everything we needed was in the house. Location was convenient and easy to access the beach, bay area, restaurants, and boardwalk. We drove to the beach because my daughter injured her foot but you could definitely walk to the beach if you wanted to. Walked to Barnacle Bill's Amusement, super close! Lastly, excellent host, Tracy was super responsive!!

The girls and I had an amazing time! The property was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. Being just two blocks from the beach was perfect, and having beach badges included was such a nice bonus. There were games to keep us entertained on the rainy day, which the girls loved.Tracy was an incredible host, she was responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy. There are several great restaurants within walking distance, and the location couldn't have been better. It's close to everything!We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation. Thank you, Tracy, for helping make our trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back and will definitely rent from you again!– The Girls

House was in pristine condition and host was responsive when I reached out with a question. Location was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops and a grocery store was only a short drive. We had a wonderful time making memories for our 5-year-old son’s first beach trip! We recommend the Ortley Fish Market for fresh seafood!
