Perfect for World Cup Travelers

This home easily sleeps up to 10 guests so it's great for groups, families, and international visitors traveling together. In a quiet, safe neighborhood behind a school, it has quick highway access and lots of parking for four cars in the driveway plus street parking. Early check-in or late check-out is available!

The Space

New renovations to the primary bathroom, interior paint and front door with a top tier locking system. Sleeping arrangements include one 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Doubles beds with high-quality linens and a large sectional. The property has a full equipped kitchen, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, and a dedicated laundry room for washing and hanging clothes. The yard is spacious (unfenced) with a large deck beneath shady trees for a quiet cool break.


Easy Access

9 minutes to park-and-ride location for game days and Fan Fest (3-Trails Transit Center) and 20 minutes drive to downtown. There is parking for four cars in the driveway along with street parking.


What Guests Can Expect

We are local owners renting for the FIFA world cup and available if you need anything. Please note the garage will be inaccessible during your stay.

This house is dog friendly, and the dog rate is $100 per pet.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am to be respectful of the community. If you are louder than 95 decibels during this time, we will be notified.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Unreported damage may result in additional charges.

Deck use is limited to calm, normal activity only. No jumping, roughhousing, or crowding.

The home was very clean, cozy and inviting, and we had everything we needed. The home can accomodate a large group, and the kitchen is well stocked for those wanting to cook some meals to save money. It is a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and a nice size yard, if traveling with pets. The location was perfect...there were several attractions within a short drive. KC has a ton of things to do...from arts/culture to sports. We love it's history and all the fun places to explore, especially for foodies! We will definitely stay here again!

The home was very clean, bright, and comfortable during my stay. It was also very spacious - the bedrooms are a good size, and I appreciated the large, fully-stocked kitchen I could use while I was there, too. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe there. I only stayed a night so I didn't need the laundry, but it was nice to know I had the option if I needed it.The host was quick to respond when I reached out.The location is good; everywhere (except for the airport, which is very far north compared to the rest of the city) was within a 25-ish minute drive.Overall, would stay again!!

This was an amazing place to stay while visiting KC. The host responded to any questions we had in a very timely manner and went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. The house is in a quiet and comfortable neighborhood, there is plenty to do and parking is easy. Upon arrival, we noticed how clean and comfy the place is. The deck was nice to sit out on in the evening and play cards. We also loved being so close to a few shopping districts! The red bridge shopping area was only 4 minutes away. We were able to pop out for drinks and dining easily. Checkout was also simple and clearly explained. Definitely our new go to when in the KC area!
