My wife and I live in Grand Rapids, Mi and attended Ferris State University not far from Canadian Lakes! We love this home and opening it up to host guests. The area is special to us as it is near our alma matter and it has many golf courses that my wife and I enjoy playing and recommending to our guests.

Why they chose this property

The home is secluded in a woodland setting, set back off the fairway of the Par 5 hole 7 of the Highlands Golf Course.

What makes this property unique

The home is very inviting from the first steps in the door. It is open and we've found it to be an excellent layout for small gatherings of friends and families. If the main level is too crowded or loud, you can always step away to the basement to catch your breath and take a seat in the second living room. The Hot Tub on the lower level is ideal for a soak while you look out over the golf course.
