Welcome to the Oak Den! This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home offers comfort and convenience in a prime location. Enjoy smart TVs with streaming in every bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just 17 minutes from downtown Kansas City, 23 minutes to Arrowhead Stadium, and 30 minutes to MCI Airport. Perfect for families, groups, or business travelers. Guests have full access to the home (garage excluded).

After booking, guests are required to complete a renter’s agreement and provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. This is required for all guests without exception.

*We do allow pets but require a pet fee of $75 per pet, up to 2 maximum, dogs only. If you plan on bringing a pet, please add this to your booking. Guests are required to pick up after their pets. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets.
