Unwind in this warm, two-bedroom retreat designed for total comfort. Whether you're whipping up a meal in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen or soaking in the deep garden tub, this home provides the perfect space to relax and recharge.

The Space

Living & Kitchen: Step into an open, inviting living space that flows into a large, fully stocked kitchen. Featuring generous counter space and all the cookware essentials, it's ideal for making home-cooked meals or brewing your morning coffee. Pull out couch for guests up to 5.

Bathroom: The bathroom is built for relaxation, featuring both a standalone walk-in shower for quick refreshes and a spacious garden tub made for deep soaking after a day of exploring. His and her sinks and a door that leads into the Master Bedroom and another one into the hallway.

Bedroom 1 (Primary): Features a plush queen-size mattress, premium linens, blackout shades, and warm ambient lighting to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Bedroom 2 (Guest): Outfitted with a comfortable full/queen bed and closet space, making it perfect for family, friends, or traveling companions.

Guest Access & Amenities
You will have full private access to the entire two-bedroom residence. Amenities include a Ruko TV, in-unit washer/dryer, and fresh bath linens, paper towels and toilet paper.

Brand new Central Air Conditioner and Gas Furnace.

Outdoor fire pit area is on an honor system. There is a Gazebo that's in the works. Both will be seasonal options.

There is just something so peaceful about this property that is hard to explain. Rather you are sitting on the front porch enjoying the cool breeze or sitting out by the fire pit in the backyard and watching deer in the open field. It's hard to put into words but it's worth staying with us just to experience it for yourself.

This property worked great for our boat. We were able to pull in and pull out with ease. The property was minutes from the lake which made it ease for us to go fishing at any time. The host was also very accommodating and friendly..

Absolutely perfect for our fishing vacation. Prime location to access the local lakes quickly and easily. Nice level lot with more than enough room for boats. The house was clean and tidy. The linens were fresh and the beds were extremely comfortable. Erika was a wonderful host and I really appreciate her kindness in ensuring my son and I had the best weekend possible. Definitely returning for future fishing trips!

I was born and raised right here in Tioga County PA. I love the outdoors and trying new things. Whenever I travel I prefer an Airbnb. When the opportunity arose for me to start my own I envisioned how I wanted it to be for my guests. Relaxing space and peaceful. I'm always changing things up and keeping things fresh for your arrival. Whenever I don't have reservations I enjoy the place myself just to hang out and relax. The breeze on the front porch is remarkable.

Why they chose this property

The best part about this place is all the space. It maybe a single wide but it's very spacious and comfortable. Lots of new updates added all the time.

What makes this property unique

Whenever we started this project, I helped run the heavy equipment (dozer and excavator) getting this location ready. The land this home sits on has been in my husbands family for over 60 years. As a child he used to have to milk cows and get water from the creek by the property. We take great pride in making this the best visit to our area.
