You can walk to the beach during the day and sit out back and relax at night listening to the waves. The beach access is just 2 streets down. Enjoy the sleepy small town of Melbourne Beach with excellent restaurants and small local shops. This house is close to the Melbourne Airport, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa beach. There is world class fishing down at the Sebastian Inlet.
