Welcome to Bluewater Oceanfront 1 South – this is one of the top vacation rental homes on the Mission Beach boardwalk. It’s beautifully designed and outfitted with comfortable furnishings and beautiful finishes, featuring granite counters, an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large view windows, outdoor private patios and multiple balconies all with breathtaking ocean views.
This unique and family-friendly home can be combined with adjacent units to make an 8-bedroom or 12-bedroom family compound that can sleep up to 30!

This home has an open floor plan living area and with all the windows, it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t have a great view. You can cook your meals in the kitchen while watching the kids play on the beach out front. Spend some time relaxing on the sunny oceanfront patio, set up an umbrella on the sand, take a stroll along the beach, grab a surfboard and hit the waves, or go biking on the boardwalk. If you love the beach and outdoors, then this is the place!

It is hard to describe the beautiful blue ocean view we enjoyed from this lovely and well appointed property. Great Condo in a Great Location

Perfect set up for our family of 5 (me, husband, 2 young kids & our au Pair) and my parents. My parents loved having the downstairs master with no stairs and the upstairs set up was perfect for us. The kids loved playing in the courtyard between the two condos while we had drinks and watched the sun set by the fire. Easy walk to food, drinks, coffee, rental shops. Cynthia was super responsive over text and sent someone right away when we couldn't find the can opener and had a question about the oven. Was super impressed with the rapid responses and customer service! Will come back again!

Great place to stay for our group of adults, including elderly folks

We enjoyed our stay here. It is located right on the beach with the only separation being the walking and biking path. We had a constant view of the ocean and the activity on the path which was fun and entertaining. Our group included some with limited mobility so the easy access to the beach was helpful. We also could have utilized the elevator, but it wasn’t necessary. There is one previous review about safety issues which made us a bit skeptical about this place, but we discovered that it was a non-issue for us. We kept things locked up and secure and had no issues. There are MANY beach houses on the path so we felt safe and not a target. I would have given a 5/5 for cleanliness but the floors needed a really good mopping. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around barefoot the first morning. I reported this to the property mgmt and I bet they will address this simple fix. There are many restauarants and shops that are just a few minutes walking distance. We enjoyed that, too. Communication with Blue Water was excellent before and during our trip. We would stay here again!

Great home, great location, but watch out for home intruders!

It was fun to be right in the action of all that goes with the crazy boardwalk. Unfortunately, our first night there, we had someone breakin around 2:30 in the morning. I thought I heard a mouse or something in our room. Turns out when the "mouse" was very noisy by my husbands side of the bed, I looked over and saw a figure going through his stuff. I woke my husband to tell him someone was in our room. We both tried to chase the person, but couldn't find them. My husband ran upstairs to check on all our kids. When we came back downstairs we heard something in the front room. We went to investigate and realized someone was going out through the window. On their way out they dropped my husbands wallet. They then proceeded to come back a little while later to put the window screen back in place.(very weird) They got out of there with some cash, and nobody got hurt. We called the rental agency the next day and they didn't seem to alarmed. They did come and put a lock on the upstairs door with an elevator on the other side. We still have no idea how the person got in, but we were very shaken up about things the rest of our stay. So, make sure you check all the doors and windows every night you are there. We really liked the home. FYI....The bunkbeds are not good for adults. They do have beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage. Despite what happened, we would stay there again. It was a clean home.

Amazing place to gather with family.

We wanted a place for our family to gather after our Thanksgiving…seems our daughter and family came from out of state. This home did not disappoint. The house was perfect for a large family. Everyone had a bed and bathroom. The beach is right there so we could play with the kids and not have to go far…restaurant’s close by to walk too… and coffee houses on every corner. Fantastic house on the strand

This is the perfect house for a group of friends or a family. Nice kitchen, rooms, and family room. Fire pit is shared with the neighbors. It's perfect for the evening and hanging out during the day. House also has an outdoor shower, which is nice after hopping in the ocean. There are fun restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and breakfast joints near bye. Also, Bluewater Vacation Homes is great to work with. We're planning to come back.

This home is located on one of the most desirable stretches of Mission Beach. You can pretty much park your car and you won't need to drive. It's 1/2 block to restaurants, markets, beach boutiques, rental shops, coffee shops and more!
The Mission Bay Aquatic Center and Mission Bay Sportcenter are just across the strand and Belmont Amusement Park is just a stroll down the boardwalk. Even though everything is within walking distance, there isn't a public parking lot nearby so the beach in front never gets too crowded even in summer!

This home is one of the largest 4 bedroom condominiums on the boardwalk. Most are around 1500 square feet and this one is 2500! The garage is generously sized and the windows, outdoor spaces, large bedrooms and living areas never make you feel cramped.
