The Luxe Bay House

Welcome to your waterfront retreat on Irondequoit Bay. This beautifully designed home offers comfort, flexibility, and stunning natural light throughout. The top floor features three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a twin—along with a full bathroom for added convenience. Another full bathroom is located on the main floor.

The main level is the heart of the home, offering a bright and fully equipped main kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a peaceful sunroom overlooking the bay.

The finished lower level provides even more room to unwind, complete with a half bath, a second full kitchen, and an additional living room, ideal for groups needing extra space. Step outside to the expansive 20' x 18' TREX deck, perfect for dining, relaxing, and soaking in the waterfront scenery.

Please Note: There are multiple steps leading to the front entrance of the property. Guests should be comfortable using stairs to access the home.

Owner will use boat and dock area during summer on occasion.

We stayed for the weekend as my daughter was graduating R.I.T. this year. The house was BEYOND well appointed--dish soap, toiletries, bags, and coffee K-cups were most appreciated and not usually included. The whole house was newly upgraded with beautiful fixtures and decor. It was clean and all the beds and linens were luxuriousy comfortable! Beautiful views and spacious deck. The outdoor grill was brand new and massive. We barbecued for 12 people easily. The only small issue were the stairs down to the rental. Sturdy safe stairs, but steep. The host did mention about different levels of the deck but it was not a problem as all guests were adults. There were different levels on first floor in the house so I would be mindful of children. The host was responsive and answered all our questions. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating.
