Guest access
There are two locked closets that are not for guest use. The supply closet is reserved for housekeeping and the HVAC closet reserved for maintenance of HVAC equipment.

There is a broom, vacuum, and mop located in the closet in the living room for guest use if needed.

-Supply Policy: We provide a 'starter kit' of local coffee, toiletries, and paper products.

-University Proximity: We are exactly 5 minutes (approx. 2.4 miles) from the Liberty University main entrance. During peak graduation or homecoming weekends, please allow an extra 10 minutes for local traffic.

-Work-From-Home Tech: Our Wi-Fi is verified at 1000Mbps. The dedicated workspace includes an ergonomic chair making it perfect for 'workcations' .

-No Unregistered Guests: "Our occupancy limit is strictly 6 guests. No parties, events, or unregistered overnight visitors are permitted without prior written approval.

-No Pets of any kind allowed

-Signature Lighting: For your safety and a warm welcome, the exterior features LED lighting. These are dusk-to-dawn sensitive and will illuminate your arrival automatically—no switches required.
