Our host was very welcoming and responded instantly when any questions arose. The house was very clean and spacious. There was a very nice welcome basket containing lots of items that you don't like to pack when traveling, like bug spray, sunscreen, hand lotion, chap stick, and other goodies. This was not expected but added a very nice personal touch. Loved the location. It was a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

What makes this property unique

The house has an open layout and allows for enjoying family time.
The flooring is all LVL and easy to keep clean and at the same time allows a warm feel. The enclosed patio overlooks the fenced in pool.
The patio is a great place to gather in the evening or have a coffee in the morning before a dip in the pool!
The bedrooms and enclosed patio all have ceiling fans for great air flow without the constant need for A/C.
