House is steps to the public beach walkover and walking/biking distance to shops and restaurants.

Separate garage houses washer and dryer along with beach essentials

Great central location and beautiful ocean view. Friendly management. Stocked well with paper towels, detergent, shampoo, trash bags etc. Made provisioning much easier!
