Four bathrooms offer both showers and bathtubs, 4th bedroom is studio full kitchen apartment making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Kansas City or going to the World Cup games. Uber Eats or make your own meals in the kitchen. Keep wine perfectly chilled (white and red have separate temp controls) in the large stainless wine cooler right off the kitchen in the bar area. At the bottom of the wine cooler a sep drawer for beer or soft drinks.
The tranquil atmosphere invites relaxation. Luxury touches like outdoor garden patios, fire pit, 2 zoned central AC, 2 car garage with auto openers, and garden and lawn lighting are just but a few in this home. This is our personal residence that we are renting only for the World Cup. We've lived in Kansas City for over 40 years and love the metro area. This a spectacular home, perfect for a upscale family or for media needing a safe residential home base. It is within 1 mile of the Plaza and Brookside shopping and restaurant districts. Easy access to the World Cup team bases and the stadiums.

We love the large homes ( million dollar + value ) in our neighborhood. The neighbors, like us, have lived there for years. Families walking the sidewalks with their pets and strollers, It is a safe area with security patrols daily.

Beautiful yard professionally done weekly, This home only avail for the Cup after which we will move back in.
