Guests will enjoy an outdoor poor, kiddie pool, a fitness center, stocked catch-and-release fishing ponds, kayaking, paddle-boarding (bring or rent your own board), and walking trails. Looking to stay extra active during your trip? Enjoy sports courts galore with tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard.

Pool features: olympic-sized swimming pool, baby pool, and large sun deck with tables, chairs and umbrellas. The pool is open daily 9AM to Dusk, barring inclement weather, from the 2nd Saturday before Memorial Day through the 2nd Sunday after Labor Day.

Fitness Center features: The Fitness Center is located on the 2nd floor of the BVS Community Center and is open between 6AM to 10PM. This fitness center has a variety of commercial grade treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, free weights, and a pilates bar. It also has a kitchen, bathroom, water cooler, television and a community library. The views of one of the BVS ponds and Dirickson Creek are spectacular. Users must be 16 years of age to use equipment.

MISCELLANEOUS
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for you and your guests ; and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

There is parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway and 1 additional vehicle may be parked in the designated parking spots. Limit of 2 vehicles per rental.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.


Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes or keys for the property will be available precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
