The cottage was cozy and compact and everything was exactly as listed. The host was excellent with his communication and was able to accommodate our extremely late check in. The food recommendation were spot on we especially liked Rays Ribs and would recommend The Grove brewery in Kingsville for both breakfast and dinner. Loved our stay and when we head back this way will look to use this Vrbo again.

My husband and I travelled to Leamington to visit family. The cottage was as-advertised. It is not large but is very clean, nicely decorated, well laid-out and an efficient use of space. The kitchen is spacious enough and stocked with the essentials. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is very satisfactory. Very suitable for two guests.The location is superb with easy in and out access. It is located just off of Seacliff Drive which provides quick and easy access to head west towards Kingsville and Harrow, or east into Leamington, and Point Pelee. It is close to shopping and restaurants, and right across the street from Seacliff Park which has walking trails throughout and easy access to the municipal beach on Lake Erie. If you are looking for a quaint place for two, I'd highly recommend it. James, the host, was most hospitable and responded quickly to our questions.

Hi James. Our speaker truly enjoyed his stay.I do have to advise that he accidentally took the fob with him. He is sending it back through the mail. I will touch base with you when I receive it, to make arrangements to return it to you. Our sincerest apologies. He didn't realize it until he was home.
