Welcome to your perfect coastal escape. This gorgeous cottage offers year round comfort, a charming fireplace for cozy nights, and air conditioning for summer stays. Just one block from a private beach, it’s the ideal retreat for anyone who wants to relax, explore, and enjoy Rhode Island’s shoreline in every season.
Inside, you’ll find an inviting blend of traditional beach cottage charm and upscale, tasteful design. The home features cozy furnishings, modern appliances, and everything you need for an easy, enjoyable stay. There’s a full kitchen stocked with essentials, a comfortable mix of full, queen, and futon beds, and a bright bathroom with a bath/shower combo. All linens are provided.
For entertainment and connectivity, enjoy a 42” HDTV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Outside, unwind on the patio with a table and chairs, fire up the BBQ grill, or rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower. We also provide beach chairs, supplies, and a wagon for effortless trips to the sand.
You’ll be just minutes from Scarborough Beach, Galilee, and Point Judith Lighthouse, and a short drive from Newport, Providence, Mystic, casinos, and URI. The area is packed with things to do such as, fishing, surfing, swimming, walking, birdwatching, playing pickleball, riding go-karts, and much more!
We offer easy self check-in. Early check in and late checkout are available with prior upon request.
We also provide customized gift baskets and decorative setups for special occasions - weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, children’s surprises, and more. Just let us know what you need and we’ll have it ready for your arrival.

This is our family’s favorite spot. The house is clean and has a cheerful vibe with a great view and walking distance to the beach.

The location, within a very short walk to the beach, and very short drive to other beaches, could not be beat, although it rained during our entire stay (which may have colored our opinion). The host was VERY flexible with an early check in and late check out. The beds were new and comfortable. The house was adequate and comfortable enough for 2 adults and 1 child. But it was a bit run down, not sparkling clean and lacked a few helpful items. We got toilet paper and paper towels when we asked for these items, but had to buy garbage bags, plastic storage bags, aluminum foil and non stick spray (usually there is some kind of oil in a short term rental, along with some basic spices, which were also lacking.) There wasn't a hook anywhere to hang wet raincoats (we discovered as we were leaving that there was a drying rack under the bed.) The outdoor shower was not functional, so there was no way to avoid tracking sand into the house. There was no "user's guide" to the house - so we had to figure out how to open the windows, and had to ask where the beach chairs were (again under the beds.) There was no bathtub mat and my grandson slipped while taking a shower. A few of these touches would have made it a 5 star review. Although these are small items, I include them here so the next guest will be better prepared - knowing in advance would have made all the difference to us.
