The hosts were responsive. The property was nicely updated. The space was perfect for a long weekend. Parking in the garage was easy and the elevator was quite handy. The community felt safe and it was very festive with so many Halloween decorations throughout during our stay. The grounds were well kept and nice for walking the dog. As this is a residential neighborhood there’s not much, as expected, to walk to in the immediate vicinity. I could not give all 5 stars though as the air traffic was extreme - too low, too loud and too frequent, it starts up at 0600 and doesn’t stop until 1100-1130 PM. It’s even bothersome with all doors to the outside closed. If you are sensitive to noise, I’d look for an alternate stay. I had expected “some” air traffic noise as the host stated in a communication exchange I had before booking, but this was next level and far exceeded my understanding of the meaning of “some” noise. If you can handle that, however, this would be a great little place to stay. I’d definitely stay again, except for the noise.
