We enjoyed having Trevor and his family, and yes 100% refer in the kitchen and 100% freezer in the laundry room just down the stairs from the kitchen. We have two coolers at the house so please use that for ice if you don’t want to go down the stairs.
Yes, pier has rocks, actually to the left a natural rock barrier and sand several feet out so when the water is low, we have a beach, and when the water is very high you can maneuver a small boat to the dock in front or to the left. We do have two buoys several yards out for our guest to use should you have a boat – although dingy may be required to get back to the dock depending upon your situation.
This house was the perfect location for our Tahoe getaway. We really enjoyed the large dock and use of kayaks. The hosts communicated throughout the process and made it an enjoyable experience.
Fantastic location on the lake and close to a lot of restaurants, grocery store and beach. Was the perfect size for 3 families to stay together. Kitchen had everything we needed!
We loved our time at this property! Easy access to all necessities and being right on the lake was a dream! We will definitely be returning. The owners were amazing and responsive!
Fantastic home in a great location. The property was very clean and the owners were friendly and accommodating. Our group of 8 were comfortable and had plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend.
We stayed over Presidents' Day weekend and have an amazing time. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed for two large families. The location and views of lake were wonderful. Our kids played right in the snow right outside the back door, they had sleds to use and we were centrally located to Tahoe City, Incline Village and Northstar for outings. Also, the owners were very prompt in providing directions and answering questions. Highly recommend.
The owner is very nice and easy to communicate.Especially like the bed upper stair, there are options adjust the firm level, one washer and two dryers. Also some slide board is prepared. Very nice and convenient for family and friends to stay.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you will visit and stay with us again!
We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years. This house rates at the top. Location and views are wonderful. Beautiful dock on the lake. And the house is in great shape and incredibly stocked with everything u would want. Amenities were top notch
Fantastic host and home for our 3 generation family vacation. Wonderful location on the lake; loved the convenience of walking down to the dock where we could all gather. Kayaks, SUP, floties, sunbathing, swimming, all made our days fun and relaxing. Best supplied home we have stayed in (plenty of silverware, appliances, plates, food storage, refer/freezer, games, towels, etc.). Kitchen lay-out perfect for meal prep and still being able to interact with family. Location close to restaurants, beaches, rentals, hiking, & market.could not have been a better vacation!
This was a very well stocked house and Lisa was such a great host. She was so responsive and helpful!
Tip: house is older so walls are a bit thin. Noise travels. So ear plugs are helpful if you’re a light sleeper
But regardless was a great stay!

Cozy and family friendly lakeside cabin...just like home!
Three families (6 adults and 5 kids) shared this wonderful home for a long, wintry weekend. The house is incredibly well stocked - everything you could wish for in the kitchen, comfortable linens, game for kids and adults, movies, sleds, books, the list goes on. We appreciated the soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms. My favorite was the lake view from the kitchen and upstairs rear facing bedrooms...so peaceful. There is a grocery store just up the street, good restaurants a short distance away, and skiing within 20 minutes. Thank you for an amazing stay. We look forward to returning soon!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you all back again!
The house is big and spacious with 2 bedrooms on the first floor (queen and two single beds) and 1 bathroom + 4 more bedrooms (queen size) and 2 more bathrooms on the second floor. You have lake Tahoe view from from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms upstairs and a private pier access. The kitchen is incredible well stocked. We stayed during winter months and the central heating system does a great.
Smooth and easy check-in and communication with property owner/manager.
We would definitely return. Highly recommend.
We have spent over 120 days in VRBO properties in the last 3 years and this is at the top of the list! The pictures don't do it justice. It was clean, well kept, well stocked and on the water! Everything you could hope for.
Our group was made up of 10 adults and 3 kiddo (ages 3, 2 and 1 yo). This place had room for us all and was fun for everyone.
The only thing better than the lake views and beautiful home was the warm welcome and great communication from the hosts. 5 stars all the way!! I can't wait to return here.
The property is perfectly appointed so that the dock gets full sun for most of the day. There are sandy coves and rocky walls that are perfect for finding crawdads. Funny enough, fishing for crawdads was the main attraction for our group! The house is very well laid out and comfortable. You aren't on top of eachother so if you need to duck into you room for a nice nap or rest you can do so without the noises of the whole house reaching you. The kitchen had everything we needed to makes snacks and dinners and was a lovely central gathering place. We had such a fantastic time and can't wait to come back very soon!
A Spectacular Property for a Beautiful Family Vacation
We have raised our kids, and now grandkids, coming to Tahoe every summer, and this is by far the most beautiful home we have rented and stayed in. The views of the lake from the back of the house are spectacular. The private pier is such a great place to gather, having coffee and breakfast in the mornings or relaxing after a day in the sun with cocktails. The home is immaculate and there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything we could need or want. Amenities are great. The property is lush and green leading down to the lake, much like a beautiful oasis. We all enjoyed picking cherries from the 2 cherry trees! Lisa is a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. We had the most wonderful family vacation and can’t wait to come back next summer to create more memories!
This was a perfect get away for 6 professional women who mastermind 2 times a year. We love to cook and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed. It was a pleasure to have not only all the cooking utensils but I forgot a couple spices and the kitchen had them! The Bert's were so thoughtful in their follow up with us, they left a beautiful gift basket filled with yummy goodies and presents. Just truly a class act all the way around. It was a pleasure to stay in this home and if offered all of us women our own rooms, we could spend time on the lake and an intimate space to spend time with one another! Thank you again for your impeccable service !

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you all come back and stay with us again!
My family and I loved this home! We visited over the winter break with extended family - 5 adults and 6 children, ranging in age from 4 to 17. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. We used the leaves and extra chairs in the basement for the dining table, and then we all had room to sit an eat together. We also used the sleds and went to a nearby hill, and my kids had a blast! The location on the lake was beautiful, and we were close to Safeway and restaurants, and just a short drive from Northstar. Lisa was a great host and answered any questions I had. I would love to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We enjoyed having Julia and her family and are definitely hoping they come back and stay with us again!
Four generations of my family met at this house for vacation together. They came from Oregon and Idaho and were able to use the SUP and kayak that were provided without having to rent. My sister and I SUP every morning for two hours in glassy conditions. We were able to paddle to Watermans Landing in Carnelian Bay the first day, paddled to Kings Beach the second day and paddled to Stateline Point, Nevada the third day. There are miles of hiking trails right across the road from the house. My sister and I did a five mile hike without having to drive anywhere, walked right from the house to North Tahoe Regional Park and hiked the Lakeview trail to get wide view of the lake. Easy access to Tahoe City to get in the Tahoe Gal sightseeing boat that took us to Emerald Bay. Safeway is minutes away to buy grocery and BBQ at house. We ate on the pier table, we had lunch at the picnic area that is in front of the fishing cabin and we had dinner at the BBQ area by the house, so there are three different outside eating areas with plenty of chairs. No need to bring your own chairs. Kitchen provides everything you need to cook and store food. We played games together at the large dining room table and beach towels are provided too. We were able to swim and see the local wild life. On the property are geese, mink, beavers and fish/ crayfish. Yoga on the pier at sunrise while the lake is quiet is enjoyable. I was happy to have an easy place to launch my SUP.
