Enjoyed 204 Romar Place. Kitchen plates and service ware needed upgrade. Asked for maintenance on Sliding door during week and was told someone would be out. That did not happen. For older building the property was well maintained. Beach access was great. Beds comfortable.

The condo was really nice with a great view. I would rent this condo again. Everything went as planned with no disappointments other than the weather. Communications went great a we had zero issues.
