About this property

Haus Christiana, Danksteder Str.16D, 70sqm

Through the sun-drenched living room you come directly to the large south-west terrace. The beautiful garden with lawn is also ideal for small children, as the property is closed off from the outside. If there is still a "stiff breeze", the cozy ambience of the house invites you to spend a few quiet hours with the family. No animal husbandry is allowed.
They have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and a shower room with daylight on the upper floor.
On the ground floor you will find a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. In the spacious living-dining area there is plenty of space for the whole family and access to the terrace / garden. An additional toilet in the entrance area is also available.
There is a parking lot at the house with the corresponding parking space. WiFi is also available.

Now a new highlight! - From the beginning of the season you can use a beach chair (location on the public beach) free of charge. Please collect the relevant key from the spa administration in the World Heritage Portal by 12 noon. We already wish you a lot of anticipation for a successful holiday!

Surroundings
Your terraced house is located in a central but quiet and very green area. In a few minutes you are at the Old Kurhaus, the beach and the port of Dangast. Drive through the Jade Bay with our "Etta von Dangast" and enjoy the healthy North Sea air. Also in a very short time you can reach the town center with some shops, restaurants and access to the DanGast spring bath. The Beach Club awaits you on the beach - chill out with a view of the North Sea and a great playground.

Leider war am ersten Tag eine große Putzaktion nötig

Heizung fiel mehrmals aus Schimmel befand sich hinter kaputten Sockelleisten Textilien waren dreckig Bettdecken und Kissen waren sehr gebraucht Lage war gut, 15 Minuten zum Strand Vorhandene Putzutensilien waren teilweise defekt Möbel sehr günstig (Ikea) und schon beschädigt Garten sehr schön Küche gut ausgestattet

Ruhe und Erholung

Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Die 2 Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß mit genügend Platz in den Schränken. Das Bad oben scheint recht neu renoviert und daher leicht zu reinigen. Das Wohn/Esszimmer unten war hell und geräumig. Die Küche war mir allem großzügig bestückt, was wir auch von zu Hause gewohnt waren. Der abgeschlossene Garten war ideal für unser kleines Kind. Besonders zu bemerken sind die fest installierten Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und der Terrassentür. Ein Segen, wenn man Nachts frische Luft bekommt! Auch sind überall genug Haken für Schlüssel und Garderobe. Der überdachte Windfang vor der Haustür ist prima, auch zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern, Kinderwagen, usw. (Man teilt ihn sich aber mit dem Nachbarn in der 16c!) Etwas nachteilig ist die winzige Küche, die tatsächlich nur von einer Person betreten werden kann. Zu zweit kochen mussten wir aber zum Glück nie. Es sind genug Teller in jeder Größe vorhanden, es dürften aber von den Kuchentellern ruhig mehr als 5 sein. Eine Lampe an jedem Nachttisch wäre wünschenswert.

schönes Haus und ruhige Lage

Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass auch gekocht werden kann. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Ortskern und der Strand sind schnell zu erreichen. Ein Spielplatz ist in direkter Nähe.

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Es ist sehr ruhig, sauber und familienfreundlich. Die Ausstattung ist super. Es fehlt an nichts. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Meer, Spaßbad, Restaurants, Edeka und Eiscafes. Nut wenige Kilometer ist der Jadepark und der Abenteuer Erlebnispark weg. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus im Urlaubsort Dangast! Perfekte Lage, da alles fußläufig erreichbar (zum Strand weniger als 5min zu Fuß). Haus perfekt ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Im kleinen eingezäuntern Garten konnten die Kinder alleine spielen. Wir empfehlen es klar weiter!!!
