Our house is nested in the charming and quiet historic Mt Pleasant, yet with quick walking access to the lively neighborhood such as Adams Morgan, Columbia Heights, Woodley Park and Cleveland Park. One block from Mt Pleasant main street where you'll find neighborhood ethnic grocery stores, cafes, ice scream shops, deli and restaurants. 5 min walk to major bus lines and 10-15 min walk to the Columbia Heights Metro Station, making sightseeing the city a breeze. 2 blocks to enter trails in Rockcreek National Park, the largest inner city National Park in the country.

You'll be staying in the newly renovated English basement apartment that offers open floor plan with exposed bricks, 2-story ceiling high living room and loft space, large living/dining area with smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. The full size kitchen has everything you'd need to make this your home away from home. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and a 3rd queen size pull out couch by Serta.

PARKING: Free street parking with visitor pass. Gated parking on premise is available at $25/day.

PET: ONE dog under 25 Lbs is allowed upon request with $75 pet fee per stay.
