About this property

Best location in Ortisei / Val Gardena Dolomites ideal for holidays without a car

In Ortisei in Val Gardena, in the heart of the unique Dolomites, with a view of Sella, Sassolungo and Seiseralm, in a sunny, central location, just 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful pedestrian zone, in an ideal starting position for walkers, hikers and skiers. You can sunbathe and relax in our garden with lawn.
The spacious, very friendly living room in alpine style was made by our cabinet maker in natural spruce wood. A comfortable sofa bed, a cozy seating area with corner bench and dining table, a large closet and the bright paneling give the room a homely feel-good atmosphere. A south-facing balcony with table, chairs and deck chair gives a wonderful view of the Seiseralm, Sassolungo and Sella. After a hike you will find peace and relaxation for body and mind. The friendly, quiet bedroom with double bed and a spacious closet was also made in natural spruce wood. The small kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, ceramic hob with induction, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The brand new bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin with large mirror, shelf and base cabinet, toilet, bidet, underfloor heating, heating bars as a towel dryer and hairdryer.
A ski depot with a ski boot dryer is available to our winter guests.
With us you can enjoy your vacation without a car! Leave it in our parking lot or place it in an underground garage 130 meters away for € 49 a week. A good grocery store with fresh bread and all kinds of specialties, which opens at 7 a.m., a fruit and vegetable shop, a restaurant-pizzeria and a children's playground are in the immediate vicinity.
In winter, the wonderful ski areas of our valley and the famous ski carousel of the Sellaronda can be reached on foot or quickly and easily with the free Valgardena Ski Express. A stop is only 80 meters away. A bus stop is also nearby in summer. New and exclusive for our guests: all buses can be used free of charge with the Val Gardena Mobilcard. Our DOLOMITI UNESCO World Heritage committed!
The orbits to the Seiseralm, Raschötz and Seceda are only 500 to 600 m away.

Great & spacious appartment for 2 people.

We hat a perfect time in Gröden. A large living room better equipped with comfortably furniture than usual. Quiet place but in walking distance to the city center. Very kind landlords.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns mit Tipps bezüglich der Wandermöglichkeiten sehr geholfen. So kann man die Wanderrouten bzw. deren Schwierigkeitsgrad und persönlicher Machbarkeit viel besser einschätzen. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Betten sind gut und man schläft super in ihnen. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Ortisei Siking Holiday

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in the mountains staying at the lovely apartment. Which all amenities we required for our 6 day stay. The host was very welcoming. They live in the apartment below and were quick to respond to our communications. They also provided a helpful welcome pack with maps, bus time tables, bus passes and details of activities in Ortisei. There are a few small shops, a pizzeria and cafe/bar a few minutes away and it is a 5 min walk (when not in ski boots) to the town centre which has plenty of restraunts, bars and all sort of shops. We walked for around 10min with in our ski gear to reach the ski lift to Alpe Di siusi which give access to a huge range of slopes. The lifts to Seceda are a similar walk away. We also used our bus passes to get to Wolkenstein to begin the Sellaronda which took 4 -5 hours moving at a stead pace and stopping for lunch in a restaurant. We had a fabulous holiday in this gorgeous apartment and would dfinitely return. Thank you.
