Top Amenities include a private hot tub and fire pit, pool table and games, dedicated work space, three smart TVs for streaming, family-friendly gear (Pack-n-Play, high chair, safety gates), dog-friendly accommodations, and 2.5 bathrooms with a large tub in the master.

Living Room / Kitchen / Garage
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes and place them in the trays by the doors.
Relax and enjoy the theater seating! Just a reminder: the chairs are wired to the floor, so please don't move them. USB charging ports are located on the side of the loveseat and chair for your convenience. Extra cozy blankets can be found in the basket in the living room.
Gas Fireplace: Use the digital wall control above the TV remote. Press the up arrow to turn it on and adjust the temperature.
Room Heaters: Slide the bottom button right to turn on; use the top buttons to adjust temperature. Please keep luggage and belongings away for safety.
Oven Safety: No foil on the oven bottom — it can damage the heating element.
Pantry is stocked with spices and oils — feel free to use them. If you can replenish what you use, we'd appreciate it. Please leave the pantry timer switch as is — it controls scheduled lighting.
Laundry soap provided. Fire extinguishers: inside the front door & garage by kitchen door. First Aid kit: above washer/dryer.
Beach goodies — folding chairs, kites, soft coolers, balls, and a wagon — are available for your adventures in the garage.

For Your Pups
We welcome your pups! Please keep them off the furniture. Two folding dog crates are in the garage if needed. If you bring your dog outside, please clean up using the metal can, liners, and scoopers by the backyard shed. Empty the small metal can into the large blue bin by the front shed.

A Note on Hot Water
Our tankless system provides endless hot water for the whole family — it may take just a moment to reach temperature. Thank you for your patience!

Master Bedroom – Downstairs
Extra bedding is in the closet; remote for the LED closet lights is on the back wall. Pack-and-play crib, high chair, and a safety gate for the bottom of the stairs are also stored in the closet if needed.

Upstairs Bedrooms
The sofas convert into Sleepers; bedding is in the closet along with extra linens for the primary bed. The large black zippered bag holds another foldable floor mattress, perfect for one adult or two small kiddos.

Pool Room
Enjoy the pool table! Hang the table cover while playing and return balls and cover after use. Please keep food and drinks off the table.
The sofa pulls out sideways into a full-size futon. Bedding is in the closet; setup instructions are posted behind the door.
Note: the TV is mounted low — please watch your head on the corners when moving around the room. Please keep blinds raised when playing pool to avoid damage.

Backyard
The deck can get very slippery when wet or frosty — please walk carefully.
Olim Oasis is a completely smoke and vape-free property, including all outdoor areas, the deck, and hot tub.
Garbage pickup is Tuesday morning. Please keep the bin accessible and not blocked by vehicles.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am. We're a family retreat rather than an event space, so please no parties or large gatherings. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors.

Fire Pit & BBQ Grill
Extra propane tanks are stored in the black deck box. Grill tools are in the black bag on top of the white kitchen storage cabinets. When not in use, please cover the fire pit with the plastic lid and weather cover to keep everything protected.

Hot Tub
The hot tub cover is cable-secured for windy weather. Unlatch at the bottom front and unfold slowly until fully upright. Please open the cover all the way before using the jets. Close and relatch when done.
Temperature defaults to 100°F — feel free to adjust, and please return it to 100°F before checkout. Plastic drinkware is provided for outdoor use. Beach and hot tub towels are above the dryer.
Enjoy the LED lighting and waterfall features — they're a guest favorite!

Note: We have a strict 2 dog maximum and no smoking or vaping policy for our property. Extra cleaning fees of at least $500 will be assessed for guests who bring more than 2 dogs, and at least $750 cleaning fee added for any evidence of smoking or vaping including cleaner-reported scents.
