Welcome to your private vacation paradise in Cape Coral – in this modern, stylishly furnished villa located in a quiet neighborhood with direct water access. The popular area of ​​Surfside Blvd. / Beach Pkwy. in the southwest of the city, near the mangroves, offers the perfect combination of relaxation and activities.

The open-plan living area combines comfortable seating, stylish furnishings, and plenty of natural light. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos loudspeaker system (wifi speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The modern kitchen invites you to cook together or simply mix a fresh smoothie before heading back out into the Florida sunshine. Whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast (Nespresso coffee maker available) or enjoying a relaxed dinner in the evening, this kitchen has everything you need!
The bedrooms are comfortably and invitingly designed, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of sunbathing, swimming, or exploring. Each room has a private bathroom and TV.

The true highlight of your stay, however, will undoubtedly be the spacious outdoor area. The private pool shimmers in the sun, offering a refreshing dip at any time of day. The pool and spa are electrically heated and operated with modern, skin-friendly salt technology. During the day, the large, west-facing terrace with its sun loungers and seating areas invites you to unwind or read a good book. In the evenings, the integrated spa area provides soothing moments of relaxation – accompanied by the sight of the sunset, which bathes the sky over the water in vibrant colors.

Sands Park, located near the villa, is perfect for recreational activities such as pickleball, tennis, basketball, golf putting green, and cornhole, and also offers BBQ stations and a playground.

Direct access from the villa to the canal opens up even more possibilities: Watch boats go by, plan a boat trip to Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers, or simply enjoy the special atmosphere created by the water.

When you feel like venturing out, beaches, restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within easy reach. Whether you're looking for a relaxing day at the beach, a stroll through town, or nature experiences, Cape Coral and the surrounding region offer everything you need for a perfect vacation.

In the garage you will find a cooler, beach chairs and beach equipment for your excursions.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. With some luck you can spot dolphins. Reach out to us regarding a boat rental. We have our own boats to rent.
