This beautiful apartment is in a quiet location, in a listed old building from 1699 and has been completely renovated. Modernity and history merge into one here. A high quality and individual furnishing gives it a unique character.

The 75 square meters of living space are divided into two rooms, a large hall, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. The room heights of around 3.10 meters convey a spacious feeling. Historical equipment details such as cassette doors, windows, lampworks, wooden floorboards and cement tiles have been preserved.

You can enjoy the evening or the weekend on the two balconies - south and west - or the spacious garden. A parking space in the nearby property saves you from looking for a parking space.

The apartment is suitable for single people as well as for a couple, a shared apartment or a small family. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a large living room with a nice, large sofa bed (2 adults can comfortably sleep here).

Auf den Fotos wirken Wohnung und Garten gepflegt und sauber aus. Das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Eigentümer scheint seit Jahren alles zu sammeln und in Schränken, Regalen und im Garten in sämtlichen Ecken zu horten. Möbelstücke und Türschlösser sind defekt, Flurtreppe aus Holz gefährlich abgenutzt (Rutschgefahr). Das Objekt empfehlen wir nicht weiter.

Tolle, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in einem historischen Haus. Man braucht echt nur den Koffer mit den persönlichen Sachen. Mitten in der Stadt belegen und trotzdem ruhig und kein Palaver von draußen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Herr Biery ist ein sehr netter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Speyer werden wir uns mit Sicherheit wieder diese Wohnung an Herrn Biery wenden.

Wunderbar!!!

Tja, eigentlich noch schöner als in der Annonce und den Fotos beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 250 Meter von der Innenstadt entfernt. Viele Restaurants, Weinstuben, Geschäfte etc. und der Dom sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (Hinweis: Blos nicht ins Maximilian gehen!). Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine moderne Küche mit allem drum und dran (sogar Weinkühlschrank), ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer und u.a. Büchern zu allen möglichen Themen - man muss keine Lektüre mitnehmen, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so toll sein sollte um etwas zu unternehmen. Schon nach wenigen Stunden waren wir Teil der Hausgemeinschaft, als wenn wir schon Wochen dort wohnen würden; so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Wir wurden zum Grillen und zu selbstgebackenem Kuchen eingeladen, uns wurden Tipps gegeben, wo wir hingehen sollten (und wo besser nicht), zu Gesprächsthemen befragt, die im Garten diskutiert wurden und wir auf dem Balkon entdeckt wurden ... wir gehörten einfach sofort dazu. Und natürlich die Liebenswürdigkeit des Vermieters muss besonders genannt werden. Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen gehabt und nette Vermieter kennengelernt, aber Herr Biery ist jemand besonderes. Man muss ihn selber erleben. Wir werden garantiert nicht zum letzten Mal in Speyer bei Herrn Biery und seinen Hasubewohnern gewesen sein. Unser Dank an alle, die wir kennenlernen durften.
