The newly renovated rooms have a modern shower, vanity and hairdryer. The kitchen has the most modern appliances such as an induction hob, combination oven with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom. Here is a second TV with DVD player. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The rooms are equipped with easy-care laminate floors. There are cozy seating and lying options on the balcony. Modern coin-operated washing and drying machines (Miele) are located in the basement. A private parking space is located directly at the house.
